Why Supplement?
Why can't I get all that I need from the food I eat?
Many of us are trying to get our vitamins and minerals
from the foods that we eat,
yet 99% of the American people are deficient

and a deficiency in any one of the essential minerals
usually results in disease.
Millions of us are attempting to get our vitamins from the foods we eat

Food supplements fill in the nutritional gaps
produced by our faulty eating habits and our nutritionally inferior foods.
90% or more of the food on the average American table
has been tampered with in one way or another
and many to most of the vital nutrients
have been taken out of them or destroyed.
(insecticides, antibiotics, pollution, depleted soil, early harvesting,
over-cooking, microwave cooking, food storage, etc)
Add to that our poor choices in food selections,
omissions of foods, poor lifestyle habits, poor digestion
and you have even the AMA suggesting
that everyone needs nutritional supplements.
A deficiency of a vitamin or mineral
will cause a body part to malfunction
and eventually break down
and like dominos, other body parts will follow.
